If you already have an account with Strasburg Savings Bank, signing up is quick and EASY. Click on the “Enroll Now” button located in the Strasburg Savings Online window to the left of this screen. After you have read and agreed to the "Strasburg Savings Online Agreement", you will be instructed on how to create your Access ID and Password. It’s easy! Within minutes, you will be ready to begin accessing your Strasburg Savings Bank accounts whenever it’s convenient for you.

Q: How do I sign up to use Strasburg Savings Online? A: To begin using Strasburg Savings Online, click the “Enroll Now” button in the Strasburg Savings Online window located to the left side of the screen and follow the instructions. Q: Do I need special software? A: No. You may access Strasburg Savings Online anytime day or night through our Web Site. There is no need to install software or download programs. Q: Can I change my password? A: Yes. You can change your password at any time by logging into Strasburg Savings Online, from the gold navigation bar, selecting “Options” and then “Change Password”. You will be asked to enter your existing password and then your new password. Q: What if I forget my Access ID and/or Password? A: Because of our commitment to your privacy and the security of your information, you will need to contact us to request a password reset. Q: What accounts can I access through Online Banking? A: You can access any of your Strasburg Savings Bank Checking, Savings, Certificate of Deposit or Loan accounts. Some accounts provide information only and are not available for transactional activity. Contact us for details. Q: Is there a fee for using Strasburg Savings Online? A: Strasburg Savings Online is a service that we are happy to provide to our customers at NO CHARGE! Q: How current is the information? A: The available balance for Checking and Savings accounts is real-time and will change throughout the day based on your activity. All other account information such as Loan and Certificate of Deposit balances are current as of the end of day processing from the previous business day. Q: When will my transfers take place? A: Transfers made prior to 8:00pm Central Time on Monday-Friday and 5:00pm on Saturday will be credited that same day. Transfers made after these times will be credited on the following business day. Q: What browser should I use to access Strasburg Savings Online? A: We require that you use an Internet Browser that supports 128-bit encryption. Either Microsoft Explorer (4.0 or newer) or Netscape Navigator (4.07 or newer) can be used. Q: What should I do if I have other questions?
